The Patient Portal is a place where you can view your children's upcoming appointments dates/times, pay your balance, and complete any forms for your child(ren). If you haven't logged into the patient portal, please give our office a call or send a text message to 513-755-7220 saying "send patient portal link."  Once we receive your request, you will be sent a link to the email we have on a file and you will have 24 hours to log in before the link expires. To confirm your identity, you will be required to enter the insurance subscriber's date of birth and zip code. If you have any questions, please give our office a call.
